Marissa Delaney REALTOR®

After almost 10 yrs in the field of engineering, Marissa found her true passion for sales in real estate. As a Michigan State Alumni with a focus in Psychology, she combines her love for people with her extensive knowledge of the Houston area to bring her clients the best of both worlds. Marissa currently resides in Katy Texas and is a certified American Warrior Professional and is proud to serve American Veterans.

David Keniston REALTOR®

A native of Tulsa, David graduated with a BA from the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after, he moved to New York City to pursue a career in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Working his way from busboy to Manager at one of Manhattan's high-end, fine dining restaurants in less than two years and coordinating with high-profile guests for major events for the Tribeca Film Festival and at the W Hotel Times Square, were some early highlights of his career. He brings determination and tenacity to everything he does and has set similar goals for his real estate endeavors. After more than a decade living and working in New York City, David, along with his daughter and wife Carla, decided to move to Texas following dreams of creating a better life for their family. In Katy, David has found a diverse and enriching community. He is intensely passionate about helping others discover the same feeling of belonging. David prides himself on his ability to bring superb customer service and professionalism to every situation. He is driven by his love for his family and understands the value of home. Melanie is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is a native Houstonian, born and raised in West Houston having lived in Katy for the last 21 years. She is an Alum of The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. She has over fifteen years of experience working for two of the most highly respected Real Estate Investment firms in the United States. Arianna Dantone, REALTOR®, Owner: Full Service Transactions

Arianna began her journey in real estate as an agent herself, and after closing her first deal, she began to gravitate towards the job that many real estate agents hate: the behind-the-scenes, transactional paperwork, and organization. She quickly grew to love taking the chaos out of a closing and making it an enjoyable experience for all parties involved. After spending two years in the real estate industry as a transaction coordinator for a large, top producing team and seeing the increased need for transaction coordinators in the industry, she started Full Service Transactions on the journey to help more agents and consumers have better experiences.
